This Friday, September 9, will be the closing reception for Art of the Alumni 2011, held at Haas Gallery of Art on the campus of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. The reception will run from 6pm – 8pm and is free and open to the public. The exhibition features work by 14 BU Art alumni: Alden Schwarz, Elaine Chong, Leigh Wetterau, Nathan DiStefano, Rebecca Morgan, TaiWoong Kang, Brock Dent, Michael Kalmbach, Rebecca Rugg, Lee S. Millard, Andrew Heisey, Rafael J. Cañizares-Yunez, and Hye-Sun “Sunny” Hong.

Prior to the reception, there will be a presentation by Christina Matthews at 5pm regarding the Vermont Studio residency.
